Warranty / Returns
Warranty: All Crazy Tube Circuits effects come with 5 years warranty from date of manufacture. We will provide service/repair at no cost for all internal parts during this period. This warranty excludes damages done due to buyer’s misuse or improper handling.
Buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs and additional duties, customs taxes and fees that may apply.
Returns / Refunds*
Buyer has the right to return products within 14 days of purchase. We will only accept returned goods that are in great condition exactly as shipped from our workshop, without any external and internal damage or modification. Upon receipt and inspection we will issue a full refund for the price of the returned goods excluding shipping costs.
Buyer will also be responsible for return shipping costs and additional duties, customs taxes and fees that may apply during the return of the items.
* only applies to products sold via our website. B-stock and old-stock units are sold as-is and are excluded from our return policy.
